Nicky Brown, née Cawood, is a dynamic entrepreneur and an ardent advocate for the hospitality industry and youth training. Her rich background in yachting and silver service underpins her love for entertainment. After leaving the yachting industry in the USA in 2018, Nicky founded Service Excellence, which has evolved into a comprehensive events coordination and planning service. The company distinguishes itself through Nicky's signature 10-module programme, Service Mastery, ensuring all staff are exceptionally trained. Beyond staffing, Service Excellence offers décor planning, day coordination and catering. Nicky also manages Weltevreden Manor, a bespoke events and wedding venue in the KZN Midlands.
